I’ve been to this location many times, and they ALWAYS take care of me. I’ve had multiple issues at other check cashing locations, but NEVER at this location. I always come here because they literally are amazing, super professional and takes really good care of you. Heidi was with me for the first time today and she handled me with gentle professionalism. Velma was very helpful and informative. I’ve never used a check cashing place before & she explained everything to me. She was very kind as well.

I am only giving 4 stars because I think the cost to cash my check was a bit too high and I don’t like that there’s not a set price listed for amounts. That has nothing to do with Velma. Just the place’s policy.
