Horrid experience with California west... I viewed a few properties all were so nasty I was shocked what I found in the sinks and the stains all over. They took no time to clean the units before showing just unprofessional to say the least. Paid 60 bucks in app fees for me my lady and our co signer... After giving the money they tell us the cosigner needs to make 4 times the rent lmfao. Beyond absurd people take your money elsewhere. People need to get this place shut down. Horrible management. All properties destroyed by college kids smelling horrendous stains in the flooring was super gross.
