Be careful they will rip you off and put insurance on vehicle/motorcycle loans when you have insurance. They did it with both my car and motorcycle loan. Which both had insurance with the exception of 10 days on my motorcycle during winter when it was parked in a locked garage and charged me more for 10 days then I pay all year! My car loan never lapsed and they did the same thing…watch out total scam!

I went in for a $15,000 car loan, bearing in mind I've been banking through Campco for years and have always maintained a positive balance in my account. I always pay my bills ahead of time and have never once overdrafted my account. Yet, when I walked in for this loan, I was told that I would need collateral for my vehicle loan, which makes no sense whatsoever. Then, they said I would have to already own the vehicle to get a loan for it. Let me say that one more time: you need to own the vehicle to get a loan on it. Nothing they said made any sense at all. Last but not least, they refused to check my credit score and told me I was wasting my time. When i made my account I thought I was going to be taken care of...I will definitely be switching banks.

This Credit union is way behind on times and has a lot of limitations. The atms rarely accept deposits and if you are able to deposit it takes days for your money to actually hit your account. There's a limit on transfers to other credit unions even when it's your own account and they claim they aren't able to change the limit amount, like other credit unions can. The staff is friendly, but one of the people had no idea what Zelle was. Just very behind on technology and knowledge

I banked with this bank for almost a decade, continued to bank there even after I moved to Montana, always was given amazing customer service, but recently was charged $60 in overdraft fees because of a Venmo error. I was told by the bank manager that because I knew about the policy and I had already been given a courtesy earlier in the year.that show would not be reversing the fees. I explained that I had brought in my account back to good standings and that I needed those two $30 fees reversed so that I can put gas in my vehicle and make it until Monday without getting charged more overdraft fees. I told them that this was very upsetting I basically leveled with them and told them I'm a customer longtime customer and I just need you to help me out here and reverse those fees so that I can survive the weekend and that if they weren't willing to do this small thing for me, I would change banks. The woman seemed thrilled to tell me I could switch banks and that she would send my the paperwork so I could close my account right away. P Wrong and she really is unable to do anything for me, but I refuse to believe that losing a 10 year customer is worth $60 to any company. I paid of my first car with this company but more than one mistake isn't allowed in a year. Sad..... banked here since 2015 and now I'm switching to chase. This bank has fallen from were it was years ago. I wouldn't bother with this credit union especially if you don't live in Gillette. STAYAWAY!!!!!! I literally told the lady I just need the fees reversed so I can afford gas and to feed me and my son. Un bothered she replied "yeah sorry nothing can really do at this point cause you know what you signed up for" I expect this from Wells Fargo or shank but not from a local credit union

Banked here for a hot minute. Love the customer service when I need it to be face to face, or over the phone. And the people free side as well is always seamless. Cortney in the loan department is top tier.

Worst bank in town. They will make HUGE MISTAKES and then turn around and say that they aren’t reliable. lol. Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Any other bank would go after the person who WROTE THE BAD CHECK not after the kid who they wrote the bad check to. Wouldn’t advise EVER using this bank. 😡

Love this bank!! 😀 The people are extremely nice to deal with and they don't charge you to have a checking account! 🙄 I had a checking account at WF since 1978 and they decided to start charging people to have a checking account!! Can you believe that?!? Well I am so thankful for their decision to do away with the free checking because I would've never switched banks otherwise. Thank You Campco!! 😊 ❤

This bank has treated me so well, and been so helpful. It's my opinion that they go above and beyond the call of duty. They gave me a loan on a vehicle when I had no credit score and 4 collections. Brittany Caldwell is excellent to work with for a loan, she believed in me and I paid off my collections. Her encouragement sank in and with the help of Campco I now have three credit scores above 700. Thank you Campco.
