I purchased a 2024 Salem 167 at Camping World The whole team was great They answered all my questions and Made it super easy No high-pressure selling. The service department came out and showed us how to use the hitch and electronic brake system . My salesman Dian did a great job. They came out with us and did a total walk thru of the camper showing us how to use all the products in our camper I was super impressed with the friendly demeanor of everyone Thank you so much ❤️

David, purchase and consignment manager, helped me out taking my trailer off my hands. He was extremely professional and understanding I was at the mercy of waiting on the title in the snail mail. I didn't have any questions but I could tell if I did, he would be able to answer any of them or make sure he got the answer to them. Both their sales and their service department are quite literally thieves. I purchased a brand new travel trailer in cash. Less than one month into purchase it was pouring water down the interior walls. Photo documentation was provided. It was confirmed by their own service department to be a defective product from the manufacturer. Their sales department would not refund me. Their service department actively colluded with the manufacturer to avoid paying for the repairs of the water damage. I am now out a significant sum of cash because this trailer is useless as the mold growth will be a respiratory health hazard for my children. They are crooks.

Lady at the desk is very nice. Sales guy was pretty good besides not knowing the size of the camper. Bought a brand new camper, took it home and realized the speakers and radio Bluetooth on it doesn’t work. Had to jump throw hoops to get a call, they walked me through stuff still couldn’t get fixed. They sent someone out who supposedly there best guy. Said he fixed it. Nope wasn’t fixed. Called back. They made me call Sam’s hotline. They couldn’t figure out. I called service department again and again with a guy nick who I spoke to first couple times. Seemed very nice. But didn’t return my 3-4 calls after that. Talked to a girl Lesley who was very rude. I than called company who makes the Bluetooth speaker. Seems that it was the system. Not sure if issue yet they are sending to me to re install. The amount of time I had to put in, lack of information they know at the service department about what they are selling is beyond me. I spent so much time trying to fix this issue before we go camping for first time and unfortunately won’t be working for the first time. I do not Recommend buying from camping world. I am not one to complain either. But ridiculous.

Please read before you do any business with camping world. I had brought my camper in for warranty work do to a stress crack in the exterior fiberglass and a section of the subfloor lifting up from the frame. I received a call from Camping World saying that the camper was complete after them having it over the entire winter. I had immediately noticed issues that were incomplete and done incorrectly so I had left the camper with them a second time and I received a call again couple weeks later saying the camper was complete and did a further look into the work they had done and nothing was fixed that was discussed and discovered additional damage. Part of the process of their work to fix the exterior stress crack is they removed the front cap and replaced part of the exterior fiberglass panel and when everything was put back together they scratched to front cap, failed to reinstall decals, the decals they did install weren't even close to lining up with the existing decals, didn't replace the water spout at the front corner, stretched the rubber roof membrane so it's now bubbling up and pooling water, and the horrible chaulking job around the front cap and roof. I had also found damage to the rear exterior corner of the fiberglass and the gutter directly above it that it had been hit by something in the process of them moving the camper around. At this point I had decided and brought my camper to a different dealer to diagnose all the issues that had to be fixed. It was found that the sealing job that Camping World had done on the roof was not done properly because it was currently leaking water into the front cap. In the diagnosis process it was also found that Camping World did not properly diagnose the floor buckling issue because there was a structural issue with the frame of the camper and nothing was on record with Keystone as they failed to submit a claim for it and this was also covered under factory warranty. Take a look at all the pictures of the damage that camping world has caused and clearly shows how incompetent these people are and clearly don't care about their customers. If you have any issues with your camper I strongly suggest you do not bring it here.
