Company does not return any calls. I am creating a law suite. I have been filing a State Attorney General complaint form due to excessive noise almost daily. I will also sue for punitive damages. I live at the Superstition Canyon apartments. They don't answer either. Its OK. I am documenting everything with complaints and recordings. It will be an easy win. Attached is a pic of what we have to see every day here and it also is conducive to the property staff.

Terrible management of money , took forever to run screening , was told one thing , then I called and told the manager to deny screening , then I was emailed and told they are keeping my admin fee & deposit . Then my bank removed the pending amount . Then CamAm called and told me threatened to place an eviction on my record. I never lived there I applied there only , then the leasing agent/Manager called said they closed my account out then placed a refund in my account , harassed me to bring the money back .. straight hot mess * Definitely my nerves on edge.

I complained about the excessive noise. I got a notice that they would not renew my lease. The ladies in the office are discriminating against me. One of the girls is not working here anymore. The office staff are always in the TV room having a private sleep and rest time all day. If you cant find them they are hiding out in the TV room.

Love living here, such a beautiful place. Renewed now 4 times and I so love the pools which are huge. I even made 600.00 for referring 3 of my friends and they love it here too. One big family . Check out the gym, super nice.
