There are many great agents at Candice Kistner's firm but Jessica Hernandez has always went above and beyond whenever I needed help. This has been my first experience with State Farm in California. I live in a different state. I needed to find an agent who was willing to work with me remotely to get a fair quote for my car for moving to California. I wanted personalized assistance instead of getting an online quote blindly. Our family had been using Candice and team for years. We recently moved back to the US permanently, and had to get a few cars and a few projects insured in short order. Whether it’s a call, or an email…they are always quick to reply. Just yesterday, I needed to insure a car that I had registered and had somehow forgotten to get sorted in a timely manner (one of those projects i mentioned, prior). I left a message, and before I got home I had a quote. We confirmed payment, and off we went. Jessica is the office manager, and absolutely incredible. Can’t rate these folks highly enough.

I've been a client of Candice's for almost 30 years, since we bought our first home. We've had annual checkins for this entire time. Candice comes from a family of insurance agents, so she really knows her stuff. It's in her blood!
