I would strongly advise against using Canyon Lands Insurance and broker Kailey Stephenson. I live in a townhouse, yet I recently discovered that Kailey had been overcharging me nearly $1,000 annually by setting up my policy as if I lived in a single-family home. This is a major oversight that has cost me thousands over the years.

When I realized this issue, I immediately emailed Kailey requesting reimbursement for what I consider to be fraudulent activity—charging for coverage I never needed. I have followed up multiple times, yet my messages have been completely ignored. No response, no accountability, no effort to correct their mistake.

If this is how they handle their clients—overcharging them and then refusing to take responsibility—then I cannot recommend this agency to anyone. Beware before trusting them with your insurance needs!

This insurance agency is the worst I've ever dealt with. They never answer calls, emails, or messages, and they even overcharge me without refunding the extra money. To make matters worse, I have to physically visit the agency for any assistance, but they are located all the way in California.
