Kip came earlier than expected, a good thing. He spent some time doing a “tune up” on the dishwasher and ran a cycle. No leaks! I haven’t run a cycle yet but I’m sure it will be fine.

Love living here! It’s beautiful and quiet and always easy to find parking. The management is always very helpful and kind when I need anything and when I put in a request for something to be fixed they come same day usually.

Great place to live if you love nature. Deer and wild birds are frequent guests. The basaltic boulders and ponderosa pines makes it lovely to look at everyday. I hope we get to return to this wonderful and friendly Flagstaff tcommunity.

All kinds of noises that sound like they are coming from inside my apartment or on my patio. Especially annoying is a huge thump on my door like somebody threw something heavy but there is no one there and nothing outside. Noises must be transmitted from apt upstairs or next door.

I loved Canyon Springs. The place is surrounded by nature. It’s not far from Buffalo park. Quiet place.

This place is nicely wooded, the balconies are huge, and you feel like your outside Flagstaff without being outside of it. The interior is not update, but it all works and is clean. There are a ton of built-ins for storage everywhere. There is no air conditioning which we thought at first wasn't great, but we really haven't felt the need. We love this place!
