I agree with the reviews about worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was a miscommunication with my car insurance and I started getting aggressive emails and texts from their manager Tisa stating she shut my car off and it was going to be repossessed. Never even heard of such a thing if your payments are made all the time. None the less, I got on the phone immediately with my car insurance company. During that time I was told by herself and the lady that answers the phone that she is the highest level at the company and there was no one else I could talk to. Upon my own research I reached out to the dealership and was able to figure out who the manager and owner are. The general managers wife reached out to me, however stated that Tisa followed protocol. I run three businesses for an owner and himself and myself as a regional would never approach a customer in that manner. For a Christian owned company I am very surprised that is how they allow her to
Conduct business. I have other issues I am currently waiting on a response for from the general manager. His wife was kind but didn’t provide any answers to my questions or resolution. I do understand it
Can take some time and approvals. I will update and change my review on here and then the dealership page once I have gotten an updated response
