My husband went to get insurance and was never told that the $200 of the 300$ Paid were towards broker fee. He was never given any form stating future fees and when we tried to cancel within an hour of getting insurance he was told there would be a 75$ fee I called the actual insurance company and they stated they did not have a fee and the 75$ was from the broker. I filed a complaint with the CA State Department of Insurance due to the lack of communication coming from Carolina and her business. It saddens me knowing that a lot of mainly Hispanic Latinos go because they don’t know better and trust her not knowing she is ripping people off not mentioning or explaining with detail the fees. If you can stay away from this business I DO NOT recommend!!!
