I experienced this office as the management company of a rental home I was a tenant in. They refused to fix my ceiling fan all summer long stating that their repair man was out. I had to tell them I wouldn't pay my rent until it was done to get it done...finally in September last year. They refused to ever... in months and months... take care of the red wasps that infested the house...even after they were made aware that our off the shelf treatments didn't work and we were getting stung regularly by them.

When it came time to return my deposit they made up a variety of charges...the carpet needed cleaned in 2 rooms I never even used. There was a $300+ cleaning bill, but when I moved out I had them walk through and tell me if they wanted anything more clean (it was in great shape). They said it was fine. I still asked them to let me know if I needed to clean anything because my lease was not up for 2 more weeks. They never did. First I heard of it was when I had this huge ridiculous charge. I have asked for pictures of the carpet and what needed cleaned numerous times and they absolutely refuse...because of course there was nothing wrong with the condition of the house. Many repairs I just did myself because I knew they would not do them.
