I recently opened several bank accounts at this location after speaking with someone at several other locations in Martinsville, and also at the customer service center. Everyone I spoke with said what I wanted to do couldn't be done. However, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ms Stephanie Cannaday, she not only helped me get everything to work out precisely the way I wanted it to, but she also provided a level of personalized assistance that was truly exceptional. Thanks again for all your help in getting this issue resolved. I highly recommend talking to her about all your banking needs because she genuinely cares about the banks customers.

Have dealt with a number of financial institutions,some good experiences some not so great.I have to confess that I have never been so pleased as I have been with Macy Cannaday. Accidentally left a bad review for carter instead of the bank I meant to. Since, I’ve deleted my review and figured I’d leave a better one 🙂 I have been with Carter since I was like 14 I believe. Lol. Never dealt with another bank, and never will. Love Carter Bank and Trust!!!

Deal with all the Cater Banks in Henry County Collinsville is the slowest of them a by far just seems like this bank gets in no hurry at all better have plenty of spare time to use this location.
