Twice now our payments made on our car and home insurance have not been submitted to the insurance company. (we have nationwide through Casablanca) The first time, we got a cancellation notice and brought it to Casablanca to verify they submitted the payment. They had not. When Casablanca finally put the payment in, the policy had cancelled. This cause a lot of issues that were eventually fixed about a month later. The second time, we paid to Casablanca our insurance with a debit card as we had previously done. Once again they did not send our payment to the insurance company. This was from Aprils payment and we are now ending the month of June and the issue has still not been resolved. I call Casablanca for help but never get a call back or i'm rushed off the phone when someone answers. I do not trust what he says and will no longer deal with him directly. He's a fast talker and makes you THINK he knows what he's doing, but at the end of the day it's all about money and not helping his customers with issues Casablanca created. BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING THIS INSURANCE! YES THE RATES ARE GOOD, BUT WILL BE A HEADACHE IN LONG RUN!

Sad service. This company put false information in my policy. I have no access to my insurance plan nor are they picking up their lines. Idk when my insurance payment will be due. Now I have to go this location which is more than an hour away, just because they won’t answer any of my calls that I’ve been making for a whole week. Very bad service!
