There were some issues with the collected property tax for my short plat. No one initially was able to help me and I had to bring the issue up to the branch manager/VP. He did respond quickly even during his vacation and took corrective action. There was a timing issue and sequence of event issue within the county, he took the time to research & explain to me so therefore I would recommend this company.

There was an issue on amount of money to be disbursed. The lady was rude and talked down to me. Never will I use this company again. Treated me as I was a spoiled rotten child when she knew nothing of the situation.
