Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received from an insurance agency in my life. As I’m sure is the case with many people in today’s world, saving money anyway you can is crucial. After our first policy renewal with Casey the rates went through the roof. As anyone would do we shopped around for better rates and found it pretty quickly. When we called to cancel our Allstate policy Casey proceeded to belittle and guilt trip my wife stating “we would come crawling back.”

Then instead of informing us we had a balance due at the time of cancelation as many businesses do Casey did not notify us at the time of cancellation nor send us late statements nor collection notices. He just sent us straight to collections. We were paying 850 dollars a month on time every time yet he sent us to collections over 186 dollars. We would have happily paid the balance.

So if you are looking for an insurance agent that only views you as a paycheck and not worried about your actual needs as a customer then Casey is your guy!

Would give 0 stars if possible. No caring or understanding that times are tough and that people are doing anything possible to make ends meets. Casey only cares about you because you are a paycheck to him.

I remarried after my late husband passed. My husband wanted to keep is insurance as he had been with them for years. Since I was moving into his home, I dropped my 30 year policy with a really great agent for Casey Wassel and Allstate. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!

Never once has Casey ever reached out to us when we were getting rate increase. This year imagine our sticker shock when our homeowners insurance DOUBLED! Never once did he reach out to discuss this $1100 increase. Only thing his office help Teresa said, was all rates are going up and then told me to let her know when I wanted to cancel with them. I can't imagine how people who live paycheck to paycheck would handle this. Completely unacceptable, what do we pay him for, if not to make sure we are aware of what is happening with our insurance accts.? Excuse me for thinking he was supposed to be working for us. My old agent ALWAYS contacted us and let us know we may have an increase in rates coming and WHY? He said he want to make sure we were financially planning and ready for this increase way before it hit. BELIEVE ME when I say, not all agents are equal.

When I reacheded out I was upset as this was not the first or even 2nd year of dealing with this exact issue, but was basically told it is what it is. I could save $200 if I want to jump from a $500 deductable to a 5K deductable. Don't waste your time or money. Once Casey is done courting you and has your business there is no service. We are shopping and will be leaving Allstate, they, nor Casey and his lack luster incompetent staff don't align with what we expect from our insurance agent.

I had a house fire in October and after the adjuster and there preferred contractor came out they tried to say they could fix it all for 9k so they sent me 8k due to my 1k deductible I knew this was not right and after they strung me along for so long and kept my family of five crammed in a hotel room I finally hired my own public adjuster and he was able to get Allstate to get us a rental home and now after months and no progress on my house they have finally started approving stuff which is now over 140k so a huge jump from 9k if I hadn’t hired my own adjuster Allstate would have screwed me… also before this even happen I was paying about 900 a year for home owners and it just jumped to about 1800 a year and all they tell me is that premiums have went up for everyone

Allstate’s home and auto bundling is a competitive price when we looked for the perfect price quote. They keep us informed on new issues and when using the app, we saved over $420.00 in two years for safe driving. They care about their relationship with us and reach out often as to even email a best wishes on your birthday.
GREAT doing business with Casey Wessell out of Longview,WA. ✅

Asked questions, never got answers or they acted like what was I talking about. Lied to about be able to help us due to assist not available. Call the day she is supposedly off and she answers. Ask for quote they went thru and ordered the policy. This agency is just out for the commission, doing the least amount of work and afford put in to help there customer.

I had to call another agency to get my questions answered. Had to have that other agency mail my now newly order policy documents.

If I could dump this place I would! I hate that they are earning money from me!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! Call another agency.

Casey did a great job comparing prices and finding the best policy for me. He was very good at communicating and making sure I understood everything before I signed it. I would recommend All state and Casey you anyone!

Good coverage but if you have to call the office, good luck. They don't answer texts, they answer the phone and hang up. Very unprofessional.
