We have a really good experience, they count with a team that is kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered and claims are handled smoothly. We are Seniors who were somewhat confused by the many nuances of supplemental health insurance. We were paying premiums that were more than some of our friends pay for the same coverage. We talked by phone with a Representative at United Healthcare but were unable to achieve the understanding or results we were hoping for. The conversations with them were very impersonal - never speaking with the same person, and just seemed like lip service with respect to our concerns. We were referred to Castell by a friend who is one of your insured, a retired insurance broker himself. He is extremely pleased with the coverages and service he enjoys with Castell. We made an appointment with John Coulson and he patiently explained our health insurance options, helped us find a better option with a rate that saves us about $100 per month. We left the office with a much better understanding of supplemental health care and feeling like we'd made a new friend. We were so pleased that we met with Erika Poblano and she helped us with our Home and Auto policies, again saving us money and feeling like we'd made a new friend. It's a real comfort to be able to go in and meet with a knowledgeable person who can listen to your concerns, answer your questions and as a bonus, possibly save you money. We'd highly recommend Castell to anyone who wants expert advice, personal and friendly service as well as good rates.
