Wow, worst rental company I have ever come across. They had us bring our dog an hour and a half away to "meet" them before they could process our application. We offered 12 months of rent up front as well as a security deposit. They denied us and wasted our time. Who would turn down a full lease in cash? They lead us on for a week and even called our current landlord who gave us a great reference. We make way over the recommended income for this place. They told me I'd know by a certain day and when I didn't hear back I called and the lady was extremely rude and had no intention of calling me, just sending a denial letter instead.
I should have followed my heart when I saw all the bad reviews before applying. They love to take your rental application fees and then go silent. Weird company. I will never recommend them for anything. No wonder my dog acted "scared" of the lady we had to have him meet, zero personality and snotty.

Per our rental agreement the agency was to give our deposit back or provide a deposit break down within 21 days. They failed to do so. After bringing that to their attention, they tried to issue a statute that said Washington state gives landlords 30 days. Regardless, we were over charged and charged for appliances and “damage” to the apartment that were not issues while we were tenants there and were in perfect working condition and normal wear after 3 1/2 years of being tenants. We always paid our rent on time, always put in requests of maintenance when issues arose to keep their property in good living condition. I would not recommend renting from them if you plan on getting any sort of your deposit back. They also charged on top of our deposit for things like smoke alarms that had been replaced 2/3 months before move out. We were also charged and covered the cost of an entire toilet when a top plate was all that was needed. We were ideal and excellent tenants who always paid rent on time or before time was due. We kept the unit in immaculate condition and scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom before we vacated the unit. Do not rent from them. This agency should be dissolved. We have rented from numerous other agencies and never had any problems.

Do not go here if youre human!
I was denied after I had an approved cosigner and everything. They just repeated I had inconsistency in my rental history, so let me explain here since they asked no questions.
I got out of a 8 year relationship almost 4 years ago and since have live in my 5th wheel on rented property. That doesn't count for rental history for them.
The home I shared with my last partner was a rent to own through his family for 4 years.
The rental before that was a private landlord 2 years there. Gave them his number and I don't know if they got a hold of him or not.
I have no criminal history and many years of work, many references (they didn't even call them although one is my employer), no evictions, and fair credit!!
If anyone is wondering why people are homeless it's because rental companies like this are taking what they can 80$ total and denying perfectly good people!!! I'm an excellent renter and now feel like I dodged a bullet, but I just wanted to let other people know.

Horrible property management. Absolute slum lords. They will try to rob you after you leave. Expect bills for “repairs” from normal wear and tear. Not reasonable bills either. Thousands of dollars. They don’t do repairs that need to happen while you live there though. Expect leaky walls and no service.

What a joke! These people actually asked me about the address that my parents brought me home from the hospital to. Apparently, they want to know every home you've ever lived in. Far beyond the 7 year history they are allowed to request.
The amount of information requested felt more like a scammer trying to get my account question information than an application for a place. Disgusting.

I called to ask for their rental criteria and they said I had to apply to receive that information, even though they are required by law to provide reasons for a possible denial. I applied and paid the fee, and was denied with a phone call. I was told that I did not meet the income requirements even though I did. I hold a Section 8 voucher and they are supposed to calculate their income requirements based on the portion of the rent I pay, not on the total. They did not do this. They said my only option was to have a cosigner but they had to be a homeowner who is local. The only homeowners I have who would cosign are out of town. They did not provide a written notice of denial as is required by law, even when I called back and emailed them to request one. This is discrimination based on being a Section 8 recipient and simply illegal. Their rental requirements are absolutely unreasonable even outside of this discrimination.

The techs were amazing with our elderly parents and helped navigate their challenges to resolution.
