I wish I could give zero Stars, I moved into a complex that they are an HOA for 2 years ago and I stupidly just signed another 2-year lease because of the cost of rentals right now. My daughter was towed when I first moved in and that was my fault because she didn't have a parking pass. My daughter and her family are staying with me for a week and her husband has a guest pass in their car and because it was parked in the same spot WITH THE GUEST PASS for 3 days, they towed it, and it was $180 to get it out. when I called to question the rules, CHRIS BROWN basically told me it was our fault and to deal with it when I asked him if he could email me the rules, I was told NO that wasn't his job. I told him I understand if you can't send it right away but if you can just email it so I have it I would appreciate it I was told NO flat out. This HOA doesn't keep the community pool cleaned it doesn't mow the community lawn on a regular basis it doesn't keep up with the playground in the community. It doesn't do anything for its community but cause problems. The Mailboxes in the community have broken boxes that they wont call the USPS to get fixed. IT IS BY FAR THE WORST HOA I HAVE EVERY BEEN APART OF.

Lived in a neighborhood they manage for years. The tow company they employ, Shanks, picks and chooses when they will tow vehicles. I have complained multiple times over the years about my issues with shanks and they do not care! I purchased a parking pass and was not given parking regulations. My company vehicle was parked there a few nights a week for the last several months without being towed. Response was that they don't allow commercial vehicles in the complex. I'm not the homeowner, nor have I been given the parking regulations before.

Working with the operation manager Dan was an okay experience until it wasn’t. I was required to get an insurance policy for my event, which I did and had sent to him then a few days before my event he claimed he never received it which left me scrambling at the last minute to get the company to resend it. After my event I was told I didn’t take the trash out, which was a known requirement, however I did. I was penalized for not taking out the trash in a common area located and used by the rec centers pool. I was also penalized for not putting away chairs and tables, but this was not in my contract and I’d specifically asked about it. And the worst thing was I paid for a cleaning service for my event but also had to provide a refundable check for damages. It’s confirmed there were no damages however they cashed my damages check after the event anyways. I’m pretty sure this is technically illegal as the contract is very clear it’s for damages only….so now I have to deal with trying to get my money back. Won’t be using the event center again while it’s under this poor management.

What a disgusting group of people. They will have your car towed without installing the proper signage to reflect what is needed to park there. They don’t care about any tenants, only money. Horrible people, deep down to their core.

Terrible HOA. I moved here 3 months ago and have yet to receive so much as a return phone call or piece of mail from them.

Update: a representative asked me to rescind my review, yet my issue still wasn't remedied! It took an in person visit, filled with unprofessional demeanor from my end as well as theirs to FINALLY get parking passes that could have easily been mailed months ago. If Cavalier Management wasn't so pressed on collecting information as they were trying to make homeowners feel AT HOME.

Spare yourselves, find somewhere else to live where you aren't moderately inconvenienced by a matter that should be as simple as issuing a parking spot permit.

If you are unable to pay their fees on time, then they will tow your vehicle. I just missed a day of work and had to pay 200 dollars to get my car back. They will also tow any vehicle, even a guest's, if their inspection is past due. How can a company this immoral and low rated still exist?

They are very understanding and fair to everyone in the community. I was charged for a violation that my tenant did and I was not aware of it at all. They solve my issue very fast and they are very justify on their decision making.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Besides the fact that they would ignore anyone they didn't deem worthy of their attention, they don't really manage anything. They are basically a clearing house for payments. I could list at least 20 things they did that they should have been fired for through the 2 years I have lived in our condominium, yet we gave them chance after chance. The least professional people I have ever worked with. The daughter of the owner is the worst at customer service.
