What a beautiful asset you have in Abby McBryde! I sent an email late this morning, she called me shortly after that, called Medicare, conferenced me into the call so I could give her authorization to assist me and, once she had that, she told me I could remain on the phone but indicated I didn't have to. I opted to hang up so she said she'd call with the information I needed.

She called back within a few minutes with very good news! An incorrect code was used and the doctor's office will send in an updated claim with the correct code. That means, I don't owe what they indicate!!

I cannot express my appreciation enough and, even before I sent the original email, I was carrying no anxiety, knowing CBI65 is there to help me. What a great team you are and I am immensely grateful for you all!

Medicare choices…Part A, B, C, D, Medicare, MediPak, HMO, etc., etc. The choices are complicated and tricky, and with today’s medical costs and rules to navigate, we felt we needed professional help.
