The team of Lily Perry, Haleigh Collins, Whitney Rayford and branch manager, Cornell Smith went way above expectations to provide me with a banking experience needed as an out of state customer. Their willingness to help was outstanding. These are people I would want to work for me. Regional presidents, Jim Haynes and Gordon Silaski, should be proud of this team! The new branch in Fairhope is a beautiful facility and with this team it will be a valuable asset to Centennial bank and the city of Fairhope, AL.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years and love the service at this bank. I was shopping for a loan from banks and Shannon took the time to listen to what I needed and called to find the perfect loan for us. The other bank said they had that product too! But, I told them, you never told me about it - only wanted me in a product they wanted to sell! Thank you Centennial Bank for listening to your customers first!

Awesome customer service. Nice to have a hometown bank where you know the people who work there. They have helped me in a variety of business dealings and also issues with estates after the passing of a loved one. Highly recommend.

The local bank staff is Fairhope friendly. As for corporate, the lobby accessibility is incorrect, no local number to contact the location ( which is what the teller recommended) and the local and 800/888 numbers are all incorrect.
