They shut off my benefits without notice, I have been for the last few months working towards getting a surgery inside my nose to side with chronic sinus infections and they after months of appointments and bloodwork are stifling my ability to move forward with my health. Also because of no notice, the specialist I was seeing is now making me pay out of pocket because I had an appointment and they didn’t get any payment from central coast because of them terminating my insurance without notice.

My experience with Central CA. Allaince for Health has always been fine. And yes, this is the agency that handles Medi-Cal members etc. for this area. They have been serving me for nearly 20 years, taking care of my dissabling health issues, and helping me to raise my son on my own. Their staff has always been helpful, knowlegeable and courteous. I never planned on being dependant on this kind of help in my life, but it does happen to even the best of us. When I think of the tremendous ammount of medical expenses this agency has managed for me through the years... it boggles my mind, and I am truly thankful and blessed.

This company has totally gone downhill in last couple of years. When I called for help all I got was sales pitches. Could not even speak with a live person. They are much more interested in your money than your health.

Parking lot is SHARED with attached park, but they think they have the right to bull-doze the forest for their building and exclusive control over the parking lot. Got warning letter they will ticket and tow my vehicle if I park near "their" building again.

For four years they have been paid by our government to get me medical treatment and I can't find a doctor. These people are useless and when the bodies start to pile up from them not paying the doctors fairly for services people are going to turn this office into a level 5 bio hazard.
