I had my bank account and car loans here for 10+ years, but recently closed it out due to charges on my account that I did not authorize. I tried disputing the charges and they refused to dispute it and also charged me to stop the payments. They charge you for any little thing and it’s impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone. I switched to Chase and I haven’t had any issues at all

I’ve been a member for 7 years and it gets worse every time I go they hold every check you try to deposit for safety clearance, you can only use 1000 dollars a day on your card or atm, you only have 7 transactions a day on your card, anytime you tell them in advance that your leaving the state they still block your card. Do not go to this bank they only have 3 locations always hiring new people that don’t know what they are doing and customer service never answers the phone!

Would not recommend this bank for personal or business use!! Since opening this account nothing has gone smoothly. I couldn't even activate the card they sent me in the mail! Today my atm card was swallowed by an atm machine. Took over an hour to get a human on the phone and this required calling all four of their numbers. The only good thing they have going for them is the bank manager at the Center St location. Don't open an account here, save yourself now and check out other credit unions.

Let me first start off by saying I’ve been a raving customer for the last 4 years. I had my auto loan through them and they have been extremely easy to work with. Because of this, I convinced my husband to refi his truck with them as we could save on interest and they are so easy to work with.

I sent in all the refi paperwork, we were approved and all was dandy. I made an appt to go into the bank to sign off on the documents only to be called hours before that they made a mistake and my interest rate was almost a percentage higher than originally quoted.

Frustrated, i asked if they would still honor the original interest rate as I was already quoted and I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years and have great payment history with my car loan through them (which I just paid off). They told me no because “people make mistakes” and if I want to move forward it’d be at the new interest rate. I explained I totally get people making mistakes, but this was a mistake made on the business and not one by me. Still no.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Sucks to think they ended a loyal good quality relationship on such sour terms.

Worst bank. Do not go here for your banking needs.
1. Only 2 in town
2. Scam you out of money. You make a purchase and try to transfer money from savings to checkings to cover the purchase and coincidentally the online App does not let you do it or " its not working" so then they charge you overdraft of $30.. ITS A SCAM. Happened to me twice. They will NOT waive the fee

3. Then they tell you you can only transfer a * few* times a month. Really? I can only transfer MY money from savings to checking a *few* times a month.. She couldn't even tell me how many times. ..

4. You get any kind of big check to deposit and they question them like youre some criminal trying to scam them..

5. You get treated VERY differently when you have $50000 in your account as opposed to $2000... We've noticed it several times when weve had both amounts.

List goes on and on... Ive been banking with them 14 years and this is how they treat customers. I will be looking for a new bank ASAP....

Hands down WORST service from any bank.

There VERY HELPFUL and as long as I have been with them? THEY REALLY SHOW how MUCH THEY CARE for THEIR CLIENTS? THEYalso have PARTIES as well AS have GIVEAWAYS for US? ME MYSELF I haven't reached one of them yet but SOON? But the MOST IMPORTANT THEIR VERY CLEAN FACILITY,VERY MUCH LESS LINE WAITING AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS?
