Darren Stauffer is a wonderful Realtor who really cares about ensuring the best outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me prepare my home for sale after it was poorly managed by another property management company. He helped coordinated with inspectors, contractors and engineers for months and skillfully negotiated the sale of the home with our eventual buyers. I live two states away and could never have completed everything for the sale of my home without Darren's constant engagement and communication. I cannot thank him enough for all of his help and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I strongly endorse the entire office including broker Darren, they all contributed some piece of expertise, and especially agent Mary Celestin-Gaither who will not let any obstacle stand in the way. There is nice land and nice houses out there at good prices and you owe it to yourself to take a look. If you see something you like, you owe it to yourself to have Mary and her associates help you because they can take it from dream to reality.

It is not customary for me to review a person, product, or company; however, I think it’s important to share my home buying experience as it may help someone else who may be in a similar situation. I met Darren for the first time via my brother, as he was interested in purchasing a home and I went with him on the regular, to view houses. We must have viewed no less than 25-30 properties. Long story short, my brother put an offer in on a house, a short sale, waited about 4 months, got impatient and withdrew his offer. Shortly thereafter, I contacted Darren and began searching for a home. Over the course of a year, I would text him the location of a home I was interested in and he would schedule a viewing. He was always cognizant of my schedule, did research on the properties prior to my arrival, provided history, pointed out the positive aspects, as well as the negative of the home, advised me if the property would hold its market value over time, etc. There isn’t much he doesn’t know about the properties and people who live in our community. Darren was always accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, and never once said he was unavailable. Throughout the year, I viewed 15-20 properties, submitted offers on 4 houses, all got rejected, until I got the house that I am in now. Throughout the entire home buying process, Darren made me feel like I was his most important client. He was always one step ahead of me, advised me of what I needed to do next, was my advocate even did things I was not aware of until today. Just today, I received a notice from the Town I reside, requesting a paid receipt for the septic tank pump-out, as it is a law where I am located, and it must be performed every five years. I texted Darren to inquire and he told me he had the receipt, he had requested it be done prior to closing, and within five minutes sent me the receipt. If you are thinking about purchasing a home, I highly encourage you to contact Darren. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine love for his profession has had a tremendous impact on my life. I could not have obtained the house I reside in now without him and I have never been happier.
