Maggie is an amazing lender and I am grateful that I was referred to her by the #1 real estate agent in all of SLO County.

Maggie impressed me on many levels and in all my interactions with her she has been friendly, open, honest and direct.

I needed to make a last minute offer on a property and didn't have a pre-approval letter. It was Sunday and the lender I was considering was out of the office as they only worked normal banking 9-5 hours. It was at this point my real estate agent recommended Maggie (her preferred lender) to me.

I called Maggie and explained how I wanted to make an offer ASAP. She said "no problem" and despite being out in the middle of the hike, she turned around and within the hour was working with me to get me pre-approved. I made my offer later that night.
