DO NOT use Certified federal credit union. They are the worse bank I have ever banked with. They have stole 2 deposits 1 from the IRS for 4,275 and the other is from my job $167 I had proof both were sent to my account but Vons credit union said they never recieved. I am warning you guys do not go with this bank. I will be goi g somewhere else soon.

Everything was fine until I tried to pay off my loan in full and every time I spoke to someone on the phone they started telling me I Owed a different number. They claim it was “interest” but as I’m logged on looking at my balance I have someone emailing me a different balance and someone on the phone saying a totally different balance as well. They have no idea what they’re talking about. I was speaking to Miranda about this on the phone and she said she was going to put me on hold while she got info. Instead of putting me on hold she transferred me to Raquel. Me being confused ,I ask to be transferred back to Miranda because she said she was just putting me on hold and would be helping me. Instead of transferring me back, Raquel tells Miranda that I refused to speak to her and they won’t be helping me. I’ve never felt more lied to by a company and disrespected. Especially by Raquel, shoutout to her.

I was very happy to be doing business with them firm for many years then some highly intelligent person at this credit union thought that they needed to update their accounting system and they turned around and did that but didn't bother to have an iPhone app and an Android app they only have the iPhone app currently I have an Android I'm going to be changing credit unions and never go back to them again I am done with them I've waited 3 weeks after they do this they told me 2 months ahead of time at least that they were going to be doing this so they should have had this stuff ready to go I consider this high incompetence and about the level of government that Biden gives us at least as bright

Wish more places were run this well! I don't belong to Certified FCU but another one that shares as a co-op. I live in Palm Desert and this branch was the closest opportunity to where I live. I walked in and was immediately treated as well as I can remember. No issues, with smiles and friendliness from the staff. Kudos. With how much customer service has gone down the last few years. They are doing it right here. I'll be back.

Don’t use this credit Union! They are using outdated unethical practices to finance their loans. We applied for a loan using mine and my husbands credit and they gave us a ridiculously high interest rate. After reviewing the documents and possible reasons for this since I have a very good credit rating, I noticed I never received a notice that my credit was even run when I have always received a notice EVERY SINGLE time and my husband received it, but he has a lower credit rating. When I asked Delilia about it, she sent me a document with a FICO score that did not match the experian website and listed a date the day before I even applied for the loan. I makes me wonder if she falsified the document to make it look real and accidentally put the wrong date. Super shady. Delila then told my husband they’re using version 3 of experian and that’s a 10 year old outdated version that gives an inaccurate representation of their clients credit.

Ended up going with Navy Fed credit Union and they ran my credit which I got a notification for and my FICO score matched what is on the website and they gave us a rate 3% less. Took me a half hour start to finish and I walked out with a check.

This place is a joke. Avoid!!!

No way to call my San Bernardino branch so I went through the main office. They connected me to Rosie’s voicemail. Three hours later still waiting for a return call. 30 years with Vons credit union and one would think I could get a call back! Time to rethink my banking choice!

There's plenty of parking in people are very nice inside I just go there to give a friend a ride but they treat him well
