Drove over 100 miles to this location to cash a check a customer wrote. Closest location was here and I needed the funds to cover job expenses. Depositing it at my bank would have taken 7 days to clear and I needed funds the same day. Called ahead to make sure everything was straight, employee told me what I needed and who to talk to. Get to location and employees acted like they had no idea what was going on. Very unorganized, staff do not care anything about customers if you do not have an account with them.
