I opened our Schwab account August 2019. I have nothing but praise for how helpful they were. I was very sick and in great need of help. I owe them a lot for the kindness I received.
We have had amazing success that Schwab has helped me achieve often in the middle of the night my concerns were answered.
Perhaps by someone two states over but I have always found them
easy to talk to and just nice.

I have had CS accounts for several years and have been very satisfied with my assigned CS advisor and CS service. I recently (Oct 2024) for the first time decided to transfer some Roth IRA $ into my CS checking account. I also for the first time decided to contact the CS office in Little Rock for assistance and Nick did a great job in helping me make this happen in less than a week. Many thanks Nick. Went into open an account, and talk to them about rolling over a 401(k) to an IRA, asked me to make an appointment and come back at another time. Acted like they had no interest.

I think several of the reviews below may have been intended for another branch, company or are from fake accounts. I have had first hand experience with both Schwab and this branch and I can report, without exception, that the customer service is well ahead of any other provider I have done business with in the region.

My rep. has been respectful, helpful, available and taken care of issues with a very quick response time. Additionally, I have had several special wire, transfer, multiple account and corporate account needs and all have been fulfilled by Schwab corporate specialists with very little friction.

While I don't want dispute others experiences or Gas Light, I can say that I was surprise to see the low star marks and also the comments -- I have only had 5-star experiences.

Terrible way to treat a customer. I wanted to open a checking account and tier 1 stock trading account with an initial deposit of $250,000. I got all of the welcome emails and when I wanted to transfer the money, there was a message stating the account was closed. I will take my business elsewhere. This company needs to understand their customers and they obviously do not. Stay away from them.

It is nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at this branch over the phone. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.
