Yes, this is the bank in the old Atlanta Bread location (RIP), but the inside was clean, welcoming, and well decorated. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to get all of our questions answered.

Chase has always had great customer service, and this location is no different. Would go again.

We recently opened a New Chase Business Account at the Huntsville, Al University Branch. From the moment we called to set up the appointment, was an excellent experience. I had the pleasure of working with Pam, Meagan and Kylie during the process. All three were positive, knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of our questions and provide multiple solutions and resources for our Business banking needs. I was so impressed I opened a Personal account there as well. We were even given a tour of the Branch and different features available to us at the Branch. One of my favorite features is being able to access a secure area of the branch after hours to withdraw money from the ATM while feeling safe and secure!! Thanks Team Chase!

I went to open a business account at this location. Unfortunately, I had a previous engagement that held me up and I didn’t arrive until just before 4:30. I was informed that they close at 5 and I’d have to come back another day. I appreciate this interaction because customer service and flexibility are what I value most and I almost made the mistake of using Chase for my business needs. Luckily my second banking choice was more accommodating. While I rate them a 1 for customer service, I would rate them a 5 for employment. All of my past employers always expected their employees to work their entire shift. As there didn’t seem to be anyone else being helped while I was there then I assume Chase has a lenient policy on working when you want. I could definitely see how that could be an attractive work environment. Thank you again to the Chase staff at this location. I almost made a mistake on who I let handle my assets.

Meaghan took great care of me, listened to my concerns, and actually took the time to get to know me, so that she could recommend the best products.

I had an appointment to open a new checking account with Meaghan Defries and she was amazing! She made me feel as though we’ve known each other for years! She was super informative and made the process a very smooth and quick one. I’m going to be using her for all of my future needs when coming inside for appointments. She deserves to be praised for being such a personable human being. Loved her!!

My mother passed in December. All her investments, checking account and savings were in Chase. She lived in Texas and I live in a small town in AL that only has a newly opened very small branch without a financial advisor. I am beneficiary on her accounts so accessing her accounts should be very easy. Last week, I talked to FIFTEEN people in the estate or beneficiary departments and made two trips into the small branch and another trip to have papers notarized. I need to talk to someone who has some knowledge about filling out the more than ten pages of papers. Each person has passed me on to someone else…I’ve begun to keep a log of my many conversations because the experience has been so horrific…no one would believe me if I tried to explain. I have received two sets of the same papers delivered by UPS…confusing. I have done everything they told me to do and I’m still no where closer to accessing my mother’s accounts. This shouldn’t be this hard especially when I grieving and just buried my mother. I want to talk to ONE person who can help complete this process.
