THE WORST MOST & UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER! I drove from Ft Worth to have my taxes done. I've paid Michelle Cheatham $3500 to do my 2021-2022 business taxes, where I was quoted a nice tax return. I owed her an additional $1500 but wanted to pay upon me receiving my return...WELP.. not only did she NOT file my 2021, but because of her, I now owe the IRS $19,000 in penalties because she has NO clue as to how to file taxes. She is fully aware of my situation and has yet to reach out. The funny part is.. NOW SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE WITH ME!!!!! I gave her the benefit of the doubt when her receptionist, family, and friends DOGGED her to me, yet I decided to form my own opinion of her. I was overly respectful and professional with her and her team at all times. My downfall is I do not believe when anyone tells me. I like to find information for myself. Yet when I tell you EVERYONE told the truth about her!!!! She is rude, unprofessional, ghetto and a liar. Do not I repeat DO NOT let her do your taxes. You'll NEVER hear from her. She will NOT do your return, but will lie and say she had. She'll come up with excuses as to why she is not a woman of her word. I see why her staff member, Cousins, and even her son lacks the respect I THOUGHT she deserved. I have filled a complaint with the IRS.
Ms Cheatham, you reap what you sow. You can lie to yourself and say I wasn't respectful to you and yours at all times. I even prayed with you in your time of bereavement. Thank you for putting me in $19,000 in debt

Theses are the most unprofessional group of tax preparers. From forged signatures, to different invoices sent and prices discussed. I had to call repeatedly to get a copy of my taxes. (Finally received a month later)!!! They are frauds and bank on people wanting large returns and then charge $1500- $2000!!!!! If any of you are having issues with anyone at this “place of business” you need to file a complaint with the IRS. I was told by Monique, “ I don’t have to tell you what I got going on in my life” excuse me… you are charging thousands, you do need to speak with your clients about tax issues! This is why we will fail as an community.. DO BETTER
