Cannot get my property manager to return my calls. Left 7 messages. I Was very nice and just had a couple questions. She(regina b.) Never called me back once over 4 days. Very disappointing. Her co worker Dawn was much more helpful. TIna the receptionist is quite nice.

If they manage your property or HOA. You will get never ending emails about them being closed for holidays, coming in late, off for holiday, snow days, blah blah blah. Literately no one cares that you are closed or open.

My advice to home seekers and Veterans in this area - FIND ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY or move somewhere else this company does not manage!

Since June 22nd, I have sent several emails to the Chesapeake Bay Management-Williamsburg office regarding down trees on my property and damage to my privacy fence cause by recent storms. As of today, no trees have been removed and a total of (3) contractors have stopped by our home “unannounced” at the behest of the Williamsburg Office (Karen and Tabitha).

It is disappointing that I am required to pay for HOA services with a company who doesn’t take our concerns seriously and feels it necessary to be disrespectful via phone when called out for their lack of action.

Honestly. I would not rent a property from them. Poor communication and repairs are less than desired to this property they manage.
