These ladies are by far the absolute best to work with. I use several different companies, but this office is my preferred for several reasons. Customer service is impeccable and dealing with difficult customers or people is a daily occurrence, and they handle it like experts. HORRIBLE SERVICE A check for 2995 was mailed out to me in October and they never even told me anything never tried to call me or email me but they sure sent a letter to collect it when the check was about to expire. These people are evil. I have no respect for them

If I could give zero stars I would. Ashley VanOstrand by far was the worst person to work with. She was very rude and condescending. She basically treated me like trash, because she didn't know what was going on. She was in coercion with the fraudulent builder and seller of the house I had built. She even let the builder add an invoice for over $2,000 to my escrow without telling me. She kept saying. "Are you ready to sign yet?" I had to sue the seller in order for them to finish the house and fix multiple code violations. So maybe you shouldn't put your nose where it doesn't belong and be professional and do your job. I highly do not recommend using them!

Poor service, high prices, bullied into paying way too much for owner's title insurance as a seller, led to believe it was not optional, which is not the case. Unreturned phone calls and emails... unprofessional, condescending, never thanked in person. Acted like they didn't need my business. Highly recommend taking your escrow/title business online to save money and pain. Find one that values the customer over money. So much more to say, but trying to bite my tongue... may add details at later date.

Started an escrow with them in June. Sent emails, made phone calls to follow up on the process. When it got to be early August, we went down to the office. They decided they didn’t want to do our escrow without explanation. If you have an issue with their efficiency, you better keep it to yourself or they’ll drop your escrow. We went with someone else and had it done by the end of August.

Ashley Van Ostrand was my title officer for my recent home purchase. Ashley was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel at ease during the purchase of my property. Ashley even accommodated my schedule and worked around her office hours for my final contract signing. I highly recommend anyone buying a home to go through Ashley.

Had services done before no major complaints but they just little slow even before covid , but honest people
I tried to used them again but girl in the front desk made me feel I was asking welfare . please have nice people in the front desk .drove to next american first title company , lot better
