horrifying. I get goosebumps from the level of incompetence. our questions are ignored - things they said they'll do they will not do. it's like pulling teeth to get questions answered. that is quite literally their job but they will not do it. extremely unprofessional correspondence. disturbing service. the kind where your jaw drop because you are confused how people can still keep their job acting this way. mind boggling. and horrifying, imo.

Very disappointed to find out after a year that Chicago Title did not pay my home insurance as part of their duties of closing a home. Not only that, but when I found out it took them over a month to respond and not courteous at all. I still haven’t receive my check and I am hoping they don’t repeat such negligence.
