EDITED-I rented a home 3 years ago in frayser from this person Keosha . I had a new born who was in and out of the hospital and the last time she went to the hospital we found out she had black mold in her lungs and that's why she had been so sick so code enforcement was contacted and I was told by code they were going to be taking the owners of the home to court and the home would be condemned. I then started to look for another place to rent 2 weeks later I had a false eviction posted on my door so i wanted out of the home anyway and moved that being said I moved in with my parents whims address and phone numbers were listed on my lease as other form of contact. And was never notified of a court date for the eviction as the false eviction notice did NOT have the court date listed. And now 3 years later I find out I have the eviction on my record and now have to hire an attorney to get it off (I have documentation because of what they found in the home) but to move from the home based on what code and the city of Memphis told me as well as my daughters health condition. In regards to the reply that was left I am staying I have PROOF of otherwise . Including paperwork from code enforcement stating the home was inhabitable . And I do not know if you were sending the notices to another property but I was only told 1 time and that was when I came home from work and there was a RED paper with the eviction notice on it . And regardless of why we were evicted , the state as well as the courts and yourself failed to inform me of any court date to defend my name in court. Which is why I have to hire an attorney to get the eviction removed because it was default because I did not show , which I cannot show if I was never notified of the date. Below will show the ACTUAL date you filed for the eviction , and we hadn't been in the home for almost 2-3 weeks when that was filed . And I will find the red paper which I still have and post it to jog your memory because it was posted on the front door of the home on the 6th of November because I went by to pick up the last mail I had from the home so I could do a change of address form and the actually eviction was not served until November 23,2016 . It was filed illegally and without being personally served by a court appointed officer to me. Not to my husband . You had his job information as well as emergency contact information and was in violation of the lease agreement.
