I’ve been a State Farm customer for a very long time and I started my auto insurance with this office at $184 per month. Initially, I was happy with the service and pricing. However, in just the past year, my premiums have been raised three times, skyrocketing all the way to $511 per month!

I’ve had no accidents, no claims, and my driving record is spotless, so these hikes feel completely unjustified. Every time I call to inquire about the increases, I’m met with vague explanations about “market adjustments” and “industry trends,” but no real justification that makes sense for such a drastic jump.

What’s even more frustrating is that customer loyalty doesn’t seem to matter. Despite being a long-time customer, there’s no effort to help me reduce my premiums or offer any loyalty benefits.

State Farm may have a good reputation, but my experience has been nothing but disappointing. If you’re considering them for auto insurance, be prepared for your rates to climb unexpectedly, even if you’re a responsible driver. I’ll be shopping for a more reliable and transparent insurance provider immediately.

This has been a long overdue review but nonetheless I just wanted people to know how reliable, nice and efficient this office is. We moved from FL to the local area in March this year and as soon as we arrived, I googled which local State Farm would I go to, to assist with transferring our vehicle coverages. Boy, aren't I glad I found them! Laurie has been the one assisting me and answers very promptly to all my inquiries. In her absence, Chris answers and assists pretty quickly too! Not only was I happy with their service, I am also very happy with all the quotes and coverages we've gotten for our vehicles thru them. It's pretty common knowledge that dealing with home insurance can be challenging. However, when a tree tore a massive hole through my roof, I had Chris's support, and I couldn't be more thankful.

Months after the damage was fixed, I was still wrestling to get the last invoice reimbursed, but the adjuster was impossible to contact. I called trying to get answers for 3 months and kept getting asked to call later. Then, it just got radio silent. At that point, my policy with state farm had ended because the house sold, but regardless of that, Chris still came to the rescue when I finally reached out (I was feeling completely hopeless and desperate by then!). Within the next day, he started working to get my reimbursement, and even as we waited to hear from the adjuster, he followed up regularly! When we finally pushed my claim through, he handled all the additional paperwork, submitted it right away, and was diligent with getting my claim finished out.

If I was still in CA, I would refuse to go to any other insurance agent!! Seriously, he's been a lifesaver!!
