Excellent folks to work with! Very friendly service when you call. I bought a vehicle to bring to alaska and my previous insurance company would not cover it. I called the office and Chris spoke with me directly and was really great at explaining insurance terms, something not all are familiar with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and great to speak with. He was helpful and got me covered right away. He also took the time to fully explain other insurances that I would need for my new small business. Great insurance agency and I highly recommend!

The office of Chris Marok is very professional, every time I call in to ask a question I get a straight answer and an explanation as to why. If I have further questions it is explained. I have sent friends over to Chris's office and they are also extremely happy. Chris and his team are always ready to step up to the plate to help their customers when other insurance companies try to put you through the ringer. I will continue my services through Chris and his team!

Best insurance company I've ever dealt with! Chris and his staff are always friendly and it doesn't feel as if it's forced at all like you would normally get from this big of a company. I feel like they genuinely want to help with whatever I need when I walk into his office. If they can't help me, they definitely know who can and where I can find them. It has been great having such a responsive insurance team. Chris explained all my options very clearly as I was getting enrolled, and his support staff have done an excellent job following up on my new requests. My family has been using Allstate for a few generations now! The few times I have had to go through an insurance claim, it's been painless and everyone at Allstate has been helpful and kind. At a local level, and at this branch in particular, I have always been treated with respect, kindness, and familiarity. It's nice to walk in to their office and be recognized! Not just a face in the crowd. Chris will take the time to explain to you any question you might have. Luis hasn't been working there long from what I've heard, but helped my partner and I get our new policy set up tonight - every question answered, scenario considered, signed up, and out the door in under an hour. No trying to sell us more than we wanted, just answering all our questions! I haven't worked personally with the two ladies in the office, but both of them wished us a happy weekend on the way out - excellent atmosphere! I can't recommend them enough!
