She is competent, friendly, and a breath of fresh air...most customer service representatives are not so user-friendly. Nadia rocks! I’ve been a Christian Community Credit Union (CCCU) member since 2009 as a holder of one of their credit cards. Over the past 15 years, I have been extremely blessed to be a part of a banking community whose mission is to glorify the Lord in all that they do, especially in how they give to Jesus-centered missions organizations. But I’ve also benefitted from their unmatched perks through their credit cards and other banking services. Further, I can rely on CCCU’s customer service team for helpful solutions and friendly assistance, especially resulting from improvements I’ve seen over the past five years.

The two major benefits I’ve experienced from using a CCCU rewards card are the nearly incomparable interest rates on card balances and the unmatched rate on cash advances. I’ve simply been amazed in how God could work through CCCU to keep the cash advance rate so low. As of my last inquiry into the cash advance rate, it stood at 2% per cash advance! Additionally, I have also been blessed to receive cash rewards from my card use over 15 years as well as some credit line increases.

I also enjoy great features through my checking account with the credit union. Using the mobile app is straightforward, and I have used features such as the mobile check deposit feature, the FICO credit score lookup, and the online bill pay feature to name a few.

Finally, God continues to bless me through CCCU’s always improving customer service team. For example, as a blind/screen reader user, an issue arose with the mobile banking app where it stopped reporting my bank balance through my screen reader. After reporting the problem with the team, within two weeks, the app was updated and the balance began reporting normally again. Now, two weeks may seem to be too long of a time to make a change like this, but most requests like this one would take much longer to repair when submitted with similar banks or other firms. Further, I appreciate working with CCCU’s friendly staff and their willingness and patience to help me resolve minor or difficult questions or concerns.

Through my many years with CCCU, I have come to love working with the credit union. They have shown me, through many encounters, that they strive to handle all matters with Jesus-glorifying care. They have treated me with kindness and respect, and I know that I can rely on them for quality service both with my banking and credit card accounts though I am an out-of-state customer.
