A short time with this company, but I chose them and cancelled Nationwide for home and auto coverage after Nationwide called me to inform me my auto rate monthly was being raised by almost $10!
With no reason. That is not right and suggests just being greedy for Nationwide.
Allstate has good responsive customer service, made changing over easy, and my parents used them for many years. That is a strong reference in my book.
Time will tell.

Chris Hervey not only provides exceptional customer service, but he does so at a personal level. I never feel like a number with his agency. When we need assistance, Chris doesn't stop until he finds an answer to our question. He's assisted us with things such as obtaining a LOMA to insuring our dream home. He always has a cheerful attitude and brings a smile to your face. I recommend Chris to all my friends and wouldn't consider leaving his agency. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Chris and the staff at his agency.

this company illegally took a spouse and vechile off insurance when so called divorce that never went thru, plus the spouse taking off had own insurance with another company, then allowed him to add it back and charged for a vechile she had been paying another company for all the time from the day she had found out. just one of many illegal things happened.

Christopher Hervey is a great insurance agent with allstate and allstate is a great company to work with. Christopher and his team in conway are great to work with and have always taken care of us. Everyone in this office is very kind and willing to help.
However, we have not had prompt service multiple times and we are now trying to be refunded for an over charge. It’s the second time we have been overcharged and the first time ‘nothing could be done.’
