I rented an Apartment with CIS Investments for slightly longer than 2 years and it was a very pleasant experience. When it came to find the property, the realtor Drew gave me a shortlist of options that were perfect for what i was looking for. I found my ideal spot for a great price! Whenever a maintenance issue were to occur, CIS was extremely quick with a response and provided next day service! Would highly recommend if you are looking to find a comfortable home with great service and reliability!

Just moved in to a CIS property. We applied for an apartment beginning of August and got accepted within 1 week for move in end of August. Very happy of the application process (not to long). Our new apartment (kitchen) had some issues which were resolved quickly upon move in. Thank you for the easy moving process. Drew is the man!

I had to share my 22 years and 7 months experience with CIS Investments. From Tammy, who passed during COVID-19 to Mike and Rod Taylor, has always been a source of willingness, support, flexibility, and patience. They are the best property managers. When there is a problem of maintaining the property, including upgrades, dealing with unruly neighbors, issues with the city/dumpsters and rent during COVID-19, if you lost your job during that time, pay what you could pay. They handled everything with the utmost professionalism.
I know that I would not want to live anywhere else. They are the best team of individuals who continue taking care of me.

Rented an apartment for five years managed by CIS. I loved my experience with them. Maintenance issues handled immediately. Email communications answered within 24 hrs. And Tammy is extremely efficient at what she does. Treat Tammy with respect, you will get respect back.

I rented a place from CIS for a little over a year. The management was wonderful. As a previous homeowner, I decided to purchase again. CIS Management was great. They were very quick to fix any maintenance issues and kept the property nicely landscaped. I definitely would not have moved if it wasn't necessary.

This is by far the WORST property management company I have ever rented from. They do not value their tenants & they do nothing to help or resolve issues they have caused! Tammy is the rudest office staff I ever spoken with. She represents this company HORRIBLY! I have called multiple times for multiple issues for them to even respond. You have to hassle them to actually do their job. Not to mention they send out people who are not contractors to fix things they do not know how to do. the "maintenance" man they sent to look at the leak in our bathroom had advised the company would need to call a professional because he could not fix it. I waited over a month and never received a call back. My wall is now ruined inside of the bathroom and on the kitchen wall now because it seeped through. The problem was never fixed by them. We had to contact the actual owner of the property to get any sort of professional response. I WOULD NEVER recommend renting from the scammer property management . Unless you to like to be taken advantage of. TAMMY IS THE WORST office "manager" I have ever spoke with. Negative stars.

We have been renting with CIS for over 6 years & feel that CIS investments has the best maintenance department.
Now with their online app you can pay rent, get renters insurance & request maintenance orders. Their maintenance people are always prompt, courteous & follows through on requests immediately!

Impossible to reach them about their listings, very poor communication. Emailed, called multiple times, left a voice mail - nobody ever got back to me. Then the rental property I was interested in was pulled off the market. Unprofessional business.
