Was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered by Salisha, the branch manager. She was seated at the first office, and was very cordial and professional. I wanted to learn about home equity, and she immediately made time for me and helped me with applying. I had visited another bank, and they told me I would need to make an appointment. I have to say it was extraordinary service for a bank. Highly recommend Salisha for anyone needing banking help, especially with a HELOC.

I felt discriminated against this particular office. I drove two hours to open an business account for my LLC business. I was so excited to start this new chapter in my life. Immediately I was asked for a particular form, which I told them I had it in my phone which I can send and print it out. They wouldn't allow me to show them on my phone. And then the branch manager came over and totally just interrogated me with questions I was doing my best to answer. This is my first time opening up my own business and felt good about. They refused me to help me and I felt discriminated against immediately. I'm going to file an complaint and get legal counsel. They could've handled it more politely.

I went there to cash a check drawn off the same bank . They told me I could not cash it because they could not verify it and I'll will be there "forever" while they verified it..
Why could not they call and verify it.

I believe I was discriminated against because I am Asian.

Been a customer for some time easy with banking both internet and money market have many forms for service's checking account savings money market etc etc and there services i truly like the freshness of the bank compare to bank of America differently a difrent experience I highly recommend.
The parking is validated on any service you receive in the bank easy breezes to get in out I have to say from a previous rewiew the stated they dont have any parking the parking is abut 100 meters away from the from of the building a big parking garage

I'm not sure about people's previous experiences with this branch, but ours was great. We were in town for a couole of days and we don't have a branch in Arizona. We called ahead, they fit us in, took an hour to take care of opening an international account and we were done. Very pleasant and professional.

There is no parking for the bank and you have to pay to park your car. That makes no sense for such a wealthy bank !!!!!
