Went there to cash a check today 10/24/24. Unfortunately had one of the worst experiences here first I got there they ring me in and I was standing there with no greeting or anything just the personel looking at me. I finally got help by a lady last name Sanchez and same greeting at all. Once she could not verified the check the only thing she said I cant cash it stand up and walk away. It seems like the personnel here is unhappy I do not knownif it was because the way i looked or what is going on but they need more training. Decided to go to the pasadena branch and was helped by Samantha Raynoso she was helpful respectful and grete well.
