I am 42. My wife and I have accounts with 3 other local banks. Tom at Citizens First Bank in Viroqua is hands down our favorite banker we have ever worked with! He is very knowledgeable and helped us put together a great finance plan with different options and perks that were above and beyond what we were presented with at other local banks. Citizens first my but only if you have good credit and have lived in area if you are new they don't want you. I wouldn't put money in there safer in your back yard in a can then there hopefully this will help someone that will not waste there time talking to these people. Wells Fargo would be better then this place

Worst bank ever. What horrible rude people that work there. Absolutely would never walk in there again. I was instantly judged because I look different. If you want a new bank...go elsewhere
