I needed to get water services and called a curt person told me I could only start services in person. I actually had problems finding this facility and wondered how someone blind or some other disability greater than mine might be able to reach this facility. I found the curbs in the area and curb cuts for a person in a wheelchair to be challenging. When I reached the facility and was inside it was tiny and the use of space a little disorganized. Once inside unless making a payment a number has to be taken. There is a very tiny waiting room which was crowded and noisy. There is a status board for the next number to be serviced but it's not visible from the waiting room. When numbers are called they are difficult to hear in the noisy waiting room. When I reached an agent I was taken care of in a quick and professional manner.

Inquired on my garage can not closing. Given great service and told someone would be out to repair or replace the next day. The next day the can was gone and new one its place! Now that is service even when they have busy pickup schedules. Thank you "team" Dothan Utilities!!

Simple and easy to work with, mostly worked with them through phone or email. The kiosk at the civic center is a nice convenience too. Utilities and power company can be daunting to deal with but the team at this office "get it" and do what they can to make things easy.
