I love the agent that I deal with. However, my rates have significant increased over the ONE year that I’ve been with Allstate. Both home & auto. This is at no fault of my own. Strictly things on their side. I switched to them specifically because of better rates but now my rates are higher than before I switched to them. About to go on the hunt for better rates elsewhere.

I've been with the CK Agency (and Allstate in general) for almost 3 years now and have not had one issue with my agent or Allstate. I've not visited my agent's offices in person yet, but each time I've called I've been assisted promptly, thoroughly and extremely courteously. No question is too big or too small, and they're always willing to go above and beyond to their clients.I highly recommend CK to anyone!

Honestly. You would do better. Risking not having insurance then getting insurance from allstate they will. Raise you bill every time. I was ran off the road took my vehicle to were they suggested. I pick up my car. 2 different black paints. And four flat tires imagine getting dropped off to pick your car up. And it's sitting on four flats. I had to tow my car home. Service masters is trash just like allstate that's why they in business together. A tree fell on my vehicle. They didn't even send me enough money to fix it. They started a home owners policy in my name without my consent. I didn't find out till months later with a 2500 dollar bill for none payment. I have had insurance on my house why would a agent start a policy for me when I have insurance. And never excepted. Allstate insurance. Every event they never make it right. I tried to transfer to another allstate agency. They sent me back to the untrusted one I started with. My experiences allstate is a scam and over chargers. Dropped the ball and would never give them the opportunity to insure me again. I really wasn't insured I was just giving them money period. I got picture invoices. All proof. Courtney and Kaylee’s team made moving my insurance seamless! Their customer service is just outstanding. They went through all my coverages thoroughly and made sure I had all of the discounts possible, saving me quite a bit of money on my current policies. Horrible customer service. The owner kaylee is quick to answer when you want to purchase a policy but will not respond when she messes something up. We have multiple policies with Allstate and have never had an issue until switching to this office. They almost canceled our homeowners policy because she had to rewrite our policy after leaving a vehicle off of it. Received a refund check for our homeowners policy which I immediately asked what to do with because I was concerned about our policy still being active was told to disregard and that she would transfer funds to the new policy she wrote, fast forward two months and we are getting repeated calls saying they will cancel due to us not paying. I was hung up on when I expressed my frustrations to another member of her team until she finally realized it was their mistake. Still never received a call or anything from the agency owner after multiple mistakes on their end. Avoid this agency

I've had insurance with several different agencies over the last 15 years. This Allstate Agency is by FAR the friendliest and most knowledgeable team of agents I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. They made me feel warm and welcomed and answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. They also provided me with the most affordable rates that met all of my needs. I very HIGHLY RECOMMEND These guys to anyone and everyone that is less than pleased with their current insurance provider!!!
