The service dude was courteous and actually contacted the warranty department who we pay good money to in order to have our oil changes paid for. Sadly, most dealerships have been telling us they either don’t know about the program or don’t honor it. Which is very concerning. But, not here. I was forced to drive 1.5 hours to a dealership that was even willing to try.

They did the impossible in it book. Truck broke down and another dealership (out of town) told me it could possibly take 6 months to a year to get the part. I had the truck picked up by a friend and taken to Clay Maxey Chevrolet and let AJ and the guys in the parts department get to work. They found the part at another store bought it and sent a guy to go get it and then the mechanic had it installed I was back on the road within 5 days. They all went above and beyond in my book. Thank you to everyone that was involved.

I like to keep my business local and spend money in my own community instead of sending it off to other states or foreign places I don’t want my money to go. I was dead set on buying another Ford King Ranch pick up truck when I came across a three-quarter ton Duramax diesel at Clay Maxey Chevrolet. Not only did it out have everything I needed and more, I saved close to $40,000 on the deal they made compared to Grapevine FORD. I had already set up a deal with Grapevine Ford that I later canceled after sealing the deal locally at Clay Maxey Chevrolet. I could’ve traveled hundreds or even thousands of miles to other cities or other states that couldn’t beat the deal that I got from Cy Claypool in Mountain Home, AR.

Just wanted to say thank you to our service gentleman Dale for helping me with my brake repair issue. I was all prepared for the bad news of the bill . When he contacted me with the problem , he informed me that he found out it was under a recall warranty. I was very excited. Most places would have looked at me being a women and said got her. Crooked or just incompetent? My car needed a shift solenoid for the automatic transmission. They told me my transmission was not repairable, and I would have to replace the entire transmission. I took it to a local transmission shop and they replaced the $26.00 solenoid and I was on my way in 1 day. Be very careful if you use their service department.

Very nice. Worked hard to get a vehicle we could afford. Traded 2021 Colorado for a 2025 Trailblazer. I fell and broke my pelvis in January 2024. The truck was hard to get my body ìnside. We were just looking. We never expected to make a trade. Clay Stewart worked hard to make a good deal. We needed a AWD. Yellow and black was the only car on lot. You sure can't lose it in Walmart parking lot. Thank you for your hospitality and hard work. Never expected to be treated like a millionaire.

I recently purchased a used F150. The entire transaction was handled through the Internet and phone calls. When we got to the dealership, after driving three hours, the truck was detailed, had the dealer tag on it, and the financing company nteact was already printed. All we had to do was go for a quick drive and sign all the papers. Clay and Bruce were both friendly and professional. I will definitely buy from them again.
