They have consistently done a very good job, from carefully selecting good tenants (we have never had even a single month go unpaid), to rapidly filling vacancies, to handling every service and maintenance call and need quickly, efficiently and effectively. They make deposits and submit summary reports consistently and timely, and respond quickly to my inquiries and requests as the owner. Couldn’t be happier with them, and their rates are reasonable and their people are pleasant.

I inherited a townhome from my brother, and Clear Property Management. They answered all my questions and took care of me and my tenants like we were family. I wish I had more properties to be managed by them. I live in another town from where my property is located, and have never had to worry about going to the actual location, except when I request it. I have used clear property management for quite a few years on different properties. Houses as well as apartments. They are great in screening tenants that will keep the property nice. They have done a great job on keeping me informed on how the property is doing and if there are any problems as well as helping me get the problems solved. It is nice going on vacation and that they can handle anything that has come up.they are excellent on keeping rent at market value.
