This is a wonderful place to live. The staff has always been nice to me. The maintenance guys are courteous and helpful and everything is fixed in good timing. I can't remember having to wait for requests to be taken care of. Also, they just made the playground larger for my grandkids.

Heyy, I’ve been living in Clearfield Apartments for 2 years now and i must say it has been very pleasant living here. The complex itself is quiet, clean and friendly. The forms of communication is top tier , they make everything easy for us. Oh and on call maintenance is available and they actually show up. The office staff is very attentive to us tenants. During the summer the pool is open, clean and the hours are acceptable. You get comfortable living while renting here!

I have enjoyed every bit of my short stay so far at the estate. The neighbors are friendly and there is a general feeling of security and safety. Maintenance issues are promptly attended to and resolved. I recommend the estate as it's not far from malls and other places of interest. Good place to live ✨️

I like how fast the office and maintenance staff takes care of any issues you may have! It’s been a pleasure living here for the second time! I needed a bottom floor apt. The office staff diligently worked to get me in one, also my own parking spot, because I am disabled! Thank you’ll for being the best!

Hello everyone for the time I been living here it's been very successful and peaceful. The environment is very worth being a resident over here. Out of all my apartment complex I lived at this one was very reasonable for how it looks inside. Always keep the apartment complex up to part for the most part. My mother has lived at this community for 7 years. The manager Amanda has been most helpful. She always helps my elderly mother with paying rent and handling any business she may need. Clearfield has great caring people working there. The apartments are clean and the community is an overall nice place to live!

Pinetree apartments are doing a fantastic job at this complex. The staff is amazing,they make sure that any problems we have are addressed on a timely manner. I would gladly recommend anybody to live here. This complex is great for raising kids and it's very quiet. I look forward to meeting any new tenants that move in. Thank you
