Our Condo Association initially had a good relationship with Carlos and we kept our insurance policy with him for about 5 years. Then we received a 67 percent increase in our bill without any explanation. We called to learn more about why there was such a significant increase and how we could reduce our bill. Carlos refused to help, instead citing "inflation" as the reason and then dared us to find a more competitive rate. So, we did. We easily found multiple insurance companies who were willing to provide more coverage for less. When we called to cancel, Carlos took his time to respond to us (where he was previously prompt in all his responses) and then sent us a mysterious bill for $400 without any explanation. We sent him an email asking for an explanation for the bill but he never responded. Instead, three weeks later, our association received a letter from a collections agency. We sent him another email asking to explain the bill - he responded but did not answer our question. To avoid further annoyance, we paid the bill so we could be done with this ridiculous insurance agency. Please take your time to shop around - he will be nice and prompt to get your business and then try to screw you over in the end. Not worth it.

Carlos is an excellent agent and has been extremely professional and helpful to me and other family members. He explains things very well and doesn't include things we don't need in our policies and that would cost us more, and instead focuses on the important things. One of my family members switched to Carlos because he provides great service and operates with full transparency and integrity. Her previous agent was the opposite and was taking advantage of my family member. Highly recommend CMR Insurance Agency!

Had an excellent experience getting auto and renters insurance through Edwin. He got me the BEST rates I have seen anywhere (and I got quotes through all the big companies and other local agencies) and not once did he try to upsell me like so many of these other places do. I called for an estimate for auto, home and umbrella insurance. They took my info and said would get back to me with a quote. Never did. I tried them because Erie generally gets good reviews for customer service. If this particular representative is not responsive for a quote request i cannot trust them for responsive service if i had a real insurance problem. Oh well, on to the next company on my list.

When my previous insurance company doubled the rate on my homeowners I knew it was time to shop for more affordable coverage. Rather than go through an extended drill of contacting multiple companies directly I decided to work through an agent. CMR Insurance Agency did a great job locating a new provider, Erie Insurance, at a rate that was actually lower than the rate I had been paying my former provider BEFORE THEIR INCREASE! CMR also located better, more affordable auto insurance at the same time. This was accomplished in a most friendly, professional manner and was absolutely painless. I couldn't be more pleased. I survived the shock of an enormous rate increase from my previous provider and came out of it with much better coverage at a much lower cost. I am a happy camper. Thank you, CMR Insurance Agency!
