We got Ins with them but found a much lower price. My husband called to see if he wanted to match that amount vs losing us as a client. The conversation was hard because the owner was at home & his child was screaming on the background which took attention away from us, the customer. He literally said, “go ahead and cancel, I don’t care.” So we did. Paying less feels good & we feel valued as a customer.

Coastal Insurance has been so helpful to me. I couldn't find anyone to insure me because my roof was to old. I wanted to try for an Al strengthen homes grant for a new roof. I can't qualify without hurricane insurance. Reggie was so helpful and patient with me. He helped me scan in information for the application. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help. They are a professional, personable and easy to work with.
