My experience with Teresa has been very positive. She has helped me get through many issues with my condo involving water damage, roots in pipes, etc. She has gone the extra mile with me to make sure I'm in good hands. Additionally, she keeps us in the loop on budgeting, HOA fee delinquency and more to make sure we're up to date and operating as we should be. I would recommend Teresa and Coastal Association Services.

My first interaction with Teresa was when my HOA fee was late. I called and spoke with her and she advised me respectfully and professionally how to resolve the problem. By following her good advice, I've had no further problems. Shortly after this interaction I became a board member of a 48-unit building managed by Coastal Association Services and I have served my community in this role for the past five years. During this time, I've come to know Teresa to be extremely knowledgeable about rules and regulations pertaining to HOAs. As a board member who works two jobs, I do not have time to research every bylaw, but Teresa generously advises our board so that we can make educated decisions on matters respecting our HOA. I highly recommend Teresa and Coastal Association Services if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about HOA rules and legal matters, and able to resolve conflicts with tenants and owners successfully.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This company is not professional at all. The receptionists answers in a very sweet voice and as soon as you start talking about what you need she cuts you off and starts saying the email address you need to send a request to get what you need. After I asked as to why it needed to go through the escrow department she placed me on hold and this Theresa Parkhurst comes on the line asking what I needed. As soon as I began to speak she interrupts me saying that the previous person already told me what I needed to do and that it was not her problem if I just couldn't understand. She was SOOOOO RUDE. This is a trend for this company. There are only 1 star reviews. So many of us cannot be wrong. It's a shame they never got the memo that being courteous and helping the client should be their #1 priority.
