STAY FAR AWAY FROM COASTAL! They are so awful that I don’t even know where to start. The Better Business Bureau, should be step one. After an awful ride and getting our prior HOA president off the board, we are finally done with Coastal. Our community just fired this “company.” They are very unprofessional and don’t follow through with anything. They lie and say your issues will be brought to the board and that never happens. They want you to stay out of the community board meetings. They pay family members to do maintenance, and have no interest in the community at all. They also get way too comfortable with some board members and compensate them, which is highly unethical. The communities Coastal serves are some of the most neglected and run down homes. The delayed and messy maintenance is disheartening. Just know, they aren’t worth your time or investment. There are many other companies to chose from. I pray for those still trapped with this company.

Lazy incompetent HOA. Blatant disregard for the residents in the community, instead of worrying about the apartments being rat and cockroach infested they rather have us residents cited for double parking in the street when clearly there is no parking anywhere after 3pm in this community.

this association sucks all they want money money but they don't help the residence. they should have some exceptions to get a parking sticker. it's not always easy for every one.

Im giving them one Star because there's no option for no damn Star.I hate that they are in charge of permits my dad has 3 cars but only one garage so he needs two more permits plus mine thats 3 and they want a driver license for each car I'm like but the owner of the cars is the same he already gave a copy of his driver license and I had mine but they don't care they want 2 more licenses do I didn't get a permit how I'm I gonna get 2 more with our address don't make any sense.
